San Diego Coastal Retreat

November 10 - 12

This three-day San Diego experience combines waterfront views, cultural landmarks, and easy pacing, giving you room to actually enjoy the city instead of rushing through it. Every day is planned with care, built around comfort, rest, and what each person needs, so the experience feels complete and not scaled back.

A view of the historic district of San Diego at dusk with a large illuminated sign that reads 'Gaslamp Quarter' and 'Historic Heart of San Diego,' over a lively street lined with shops, trees, and parked cars, with light trails from moving vehicles against a colorful twilight sky.
✦ Waterfront San Diego & Harbor Views

Along the Embarcadero, expect easy waterfront paths, harbor views and plenty of open space to just breathe in the ocean air. No long walks, no crowds to push through…it's just a slow, easy way to get to know the city.

People walking along a waterfront promenade lined with palm trees and benches, with a city skyline featuring modern high-rise buildings across the water on a sunny day.
✦ Coastal Calm & Downtime

Every day has room to slow down, a quiet break, some downtime, or just taking in the surroundings without rushing to the next thing.

Support is there the whole time with transitions, routines, communication…whatever helps the day feel steady and easy to follow.

We may check out the Maritime Museum or landmark like the USS Midway Museum. There are a few other cultural spots nearby that we can visit with plenty of room for breaks and no rigid timing.

✦ Historic & Cultural Stops
✦ Neighborhood Exploration

The Gaslamp Quarter brings a different kind of energy; historic architecture, great restaurants, a little buzz in the air.

We'll wander through it and stop whenever something catches your eye, no pressure to cover the whole neighborhood.
